The meter uses positive displacement technology to measure every drop of fuel accurately and consistently, helping eliminate variances between the amount of fuel bought and the amount recorded as having been dispensed from the fuel pump. Robust and dependable The 109 frame is designed for maximum strength and rigidity, with powder coated housing and a removable front panel for easy servicing. The rotary piston pump with pressure relief valve has proven reliability in the field, as does the 3 wheel register with single handle reset and a non-zeroising totalizer. The 109 minimises the number of consumables required with a washable filter element on the suction filter. It also utilises a mounted check valve (suction connection 1 1/4” or 1 1/2”). The motor is an ATEX certified explosion-proof, 400V, 3 phase, 0.75 kW motor, with thermal protection, flexible V-belt drive and belt tensioner. A single phase motor and emergency operation with hand crank are available as options. High quality hose and nozzle can be supplied with the 109 - a 3/4 -in. fuel resistant anti-static hose of 3m length and an automatic nozzle. The nozzle hook is cast aluminium with an operating switch for the pump motor. Connectivity for fuel management is available with the option of a pulsed output for communication with key / card operated systems. Space efficient design The 109 also benefits from a compact frame enabling it to fit into areas where space is at a premium. The dimensions are: width 420 mm, depth 320 mm, and height 1100 mm. The delivery rate data is valid for a suction head which does not exceed the vaporisation point of the pumped liquid. We reserve the right to make design changes. |
